If your order has NOT shipped yet:
If you want to exchange an item, please let us know right away, you may be eligible to change your order. Send us a message with your order number and the details of your request.
If your order has shipped:
If you have received your order and you want to exchange an item, we can accept returns on unopened patterns or kits in unused and sellable condition if sent within 30 days of purchase.
To complete an exchange, the item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging, unopen if possible. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the refund once the item is received. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping charges.
