To be eligible to cancel your order, please contact us right away. Send us a message with the proof of purchase or your Order Number and let us know what you want to have canceled.
My order has shipped:
We can grant returns on unopened patterns in unused and sellable condition if sent within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact us prior to shipping back your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or your order number.
The item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging, unopened if possible. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the refund once the item is received. The buyer is also responsible for any return shipping charges.
